She was responsible for managing the office staff, working in accounting, personnel and payroll. In 1972 after the purchase of the Spaide Shirt Factory Building, later known as the Morgan Management Building, she had the responsibilities of office rentals, accounting and human resources.  As the company continues to grow, Lois supports all aspects of corporate activity. She enjoys golfing, reading and walking.
